Good Charlotte 1 Nisan 1996`da Waldorf, Maryland`da kurulan Amerikalı punk rock grubu. Grup Benji ve Joel Madden ikizleri önderliğinde Willia
Dean Martin ve Paul Thomas`tan oluşmaktadır.
Grup "Good Charlotte" ismini Carol Beach York`un Good Charlotte: The Girls Of Good Day Orphanage isimli çocuk kitabından alır. Grup elemanları mevcut isimlerine bir önem vermediklerini ve artık ondan nefret ettiklerini söyler. Şimdiye kadar 4 albüm yayımlamışlardır, en önemli başarıyı 2002`te yayımlanan The Young and the Hopeless albümüyle elde etmişlerdir. Bu albümden çıkan "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous," "The Anthem," ve "Girls and Boys" isimli parçalar liste başı olmuştur. 2007`te çıkan Goo Morning Revival şimdilik son albümleridir. Albümün çıkış parçası da yakın arkadaş oldukları Avanged Sevenfold grubunun solisti ile seslendirdikleri The River olarak belirlenmiştir.
